Joining is easy! At the side of the homepage there is a login area, you can click join now under that and enter some details, or use Facebook Connect by clicking "Facebook connect" from the drop down menu in the login area.

There could be many reason's you can't listen to music. Here are the most common;
a. You need to have Adobe Flash 9 or above installed. Click here to download the latest version of Flash.
b. Make sure you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
c. The file you're trying to listen may have been removed by the moderaters, or the user may have cancelled their membership.

Again, there can be many reasons for this; a. Firstly make sure you have Adobe Flash installed (see above for more details).
b. Your computer mmight not reach our system requirements, (see bottom for more details)
c. Your ISP might have a slow upload speed, or there is an problem with your ISP. You are best to phone your ISP for more details. (Internet Service Provider i.e Vrigin Media, BT, Sky, Talk Talk etc)
d. Make sure you are using Broadband and not a Dial Up connection. This is an old way of using the internet and it might not meet our requirements.
